POPI (PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION)
What is the POPI Act?
We respect your right to privacy and therefore aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirements of the POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013), which regulates the way we collect, process, store, share and destroy any personal information which you have provided to us.
All the information (“personal information”) supplied by you, whether voluntarily or mandatory, will be recorded and processed regardless of form or medium in which the information is supplied. We have a strong commitment to respecting concerns regarding privacy and will expressly request information which personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.
Why do we collect Personal Information?
We collect personal information to liaise with you telephonically, via our website or email so that we may:

2. Inform you of new services.
3. Process, validate and verify information and requests for the supply of services.

Minors and Third Parties
If you are under 18 years of age (minor), we will require the consent of your parent/guardian/competent person before we process such personal information.
If you have furnished us with personal information on behalf of a 3rd party, you hereby agree that you have the necessary consent to agree to our terms on behalf of the 3rd party and indemnify us against any claims from such 3rd party.
Processing of Information
We will share your personal information:

2. Object to the processing of Personal Information (subject to legislation).
3. Request the return or destruction of Personal Information (subject to legislation).
4. Lodge a complaint with the company.
Collection of Information by “Cookies”
